We develop all our products under close supervision of highly technical personnel in the fully automated state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Each product that reaches our customers has gone through several stages in our methodical manufacturing process which follows stringent Quality testing and maintenance procedure.

Our Manufacturing team

Our dedicated engineers make it certain by visiting the construction site that our products benefit the buyers and match all size requirements and procure new requirements which may arise daily while building. These are then passed on to the designing department which creates Cut & Bend drawings through mechanical software like AutoCAD and pass on the same to our production department. All products developed by us have the highest standards of excellence. We have been preparing Bar Bending schedules and shop drawings in accordance with BS 4466/ BS 8666 which makes our buyer delight.

Once the production is complete, all bundles of bars are securely tied to ensure ease of identification and transportation.

Once the product has passed these processes, it is ready for Quality check. It is only after the successful Quality check is done and each product is certified to be error free, it is send to the dispatch department for sales.

Our special purpose machines include:

•  Hydraulic Sheer Cutting Machine: This is one of our best machines and has been procured directly from European manufacturer to gear up production which has increased to 300 tonnes of steel per day.

•  Bending Machines: These are also procured from European manufacturers and are designed mainly to prepare reinforcing concrete.

•  Manual Shears: We have facilitated our personnel with a Manual Shear in cases of high demand to supplement the capacity of the main hydraulic shear.

•  Double Bending Machine: This is used where bends are to be made at both ends of the bar. This is a fully automatic machine and carries out two bends at a time.

•  Stirrup Bender: This is another bender which makes producing stirrups easier and in no time with accurate sizes.
